At Get Body Back Ltd we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

### Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before our daily processing cut-off time are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order volume and operational requirements.

### Delivery Times & Estimates
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are based on:
- Your delivery location within the United Kingdom
- Product availability
- Chosen shipping method
- Courier partner performance

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.

### Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and delivery address. We offer standard and premium delivery options where available.

### Multiple / Split Deliveries
Some orders are fulfilled by trusted warehouse and fulfilment partners and may be shipped in separate packages.  
You will not be charged extra shipping fees if your order arrives in multiple deliveries.

### Tracking Information
Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.  
Please allow some time for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

### Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, is damaged, or there is any other delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@getbodyback.co.uk and include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)

We will work with our fulfilment partners and couriers to resolve the issue.

### Incorrect Delivery Address
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct when placing your order.  
We cannot guarantee changes to the address once the order has been processed. Additional charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

### Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we work with reliable courier services, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, high demand, courier disruptions, customs issues).  
In case of significant delay, please contact us and we will assist you.

### International Shipping
Currently we ship **only within the United Kingdom**.
