At Get Body Back Ltd we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and safety standards due to the nature of food supplements and wellness products.
1. Change of Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging
• Items must be in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase may be required
• Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on:
• Opened or used food supplements (including capsules, tablets, powders, gummies, liquids and similar products)
• Products with broken safety seals or tampered packaging
• Opened health and wellness products
• Personal care items where hygiene seals have been removed
Refunds for change of mind:
• We will refund original standard delivery costs where required under applicable UK consumer law
• Additional charges for premium or upgraded delivery services are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect.
Please notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 5 working days of delivery) and provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs showing the damage or problem where applicable
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement
• A repair
• A full refund
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be covered by us where applicable.
3. Multiple / Split Shipments
Orders may sometimes be fulfilled by trusted warehouse and fulfilment partners and may arrive in separate deliveries.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Package items securely
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as proof of postage may be required
5. Important Information
All products sold by Get Body Back Ltd are food supplements or wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing within this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, which always take priority.
